Daren Streblow, known as “The King of Uncool,” has been entertaining audiences with his unique observational comedy since 1995. He performs at churches, fundraisers, corporate events, and colleges across North America. Daren's humor, characterized by his offbeat style and comical facial expressions, connects with audiences of all ages and backgrounds. Born in Ely, Minnesota, Daren's imaginative childhood and early radio career in Duluth shaped his comedic path. Encouraged by comedian Brad Stine, he honed his craft at open-mic nights. Today, Daren enjoys performing clean comedy worldwide and hosts the syndicated “Daren Streblow Comedy Show,” reaching over 70 markets.
Presence Music will be opening the show with an acoustic set. Presence Music Band is a husband and wife lead pop-worship band from Duluth, MN. What started with Brandon and Leah Monson rallying a group of area worship to play for youth camps, has blossomed into a professional Christian artist that has performed all over the Midwest. Guitar players Merrill Miller and Jacob McCormick round out the band along with many special guests, and continue to propel the group of new heights.
They have provided support for many national artists such a Brandon Heath, Kim-Walker Smith, Ben Fuller, Cory Asbury, Jason Gray, Stars Go Dim, and more! You can hear their songs coreleased with artists like KJ-52, 7eventh Time Down, and Anberlin. Presence Music Band continues to release catchy but powerful songs that make headway on nationwide radio and streaming, including their hit “Down in the River” with KJ-52, which is being played on over 100 stations in 8 countries. They are shepherded by an amazing team including New Release Today & Syntax Creative for Distribution, McLaughlin Music Group for radio, and Compass Music Management.
Tickets are $25.00 in advance and $30.00 at the door. Seating is general admission and doors open at 6:30 PM. Concessions will be available for sale during the concert.
The Music Factory is located on the 2nd floor of a WWI-era non-handicap accessible building and there are some stairs to climb.
