Deposits are non-refundable and due at time of booking. Deposits costs are as follows;

(Superior categories)- $300 per person for Double and Triple occupancy and $300 per person for Single occupancy.

(Deluxe categories) - $350 per person for Double and Triple occupancy and $400 per person for Single occupancy.

(Luxury Suite & Duvernette categories) - $400 per person for Double and Triple occupancy and $500 per person for Single occupancy.

• There must be a payment made every 60 days until final payment, to maintain the reservation. If for any reason you are unable to make a payment, please reach out to me asap. Full payments are due by the date shown in the payment schedule. If full payments are not made by the final payment date, the booking is subject to cancellation

• Deposits are non-refundable, however, name changes are allowed for the hotel (ONLY) portion of your package by Jan 1, 2026. Costumes are non-refundable after the deposit is made for the item, however, you are SOLELY responsible if you transfer/resell the costume.

• Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to [email protected] with your full name, and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours, please call (754)-444-1954 to ensure your information was received. Please inform your roommate of your cancellation since they will be responsible for paying a 'Single' occupancy rate, if you are not replaced. You may also incur penalties as a result of the cancellation, depending on the deadlines provided.
• NO reimbursement will be given in the event of late arrivals, early depature to/from SVG, missed events/activities or any unexpected occurences.

Payment schedule will be as follows. You can make a higher or more frequent payments if you wish;

2. November 15th 2025 - $500 per person
3. January 15th 2026 - $500 per person
4. March 15th 2026 - $500 per person

Info: Airport - Hotel - Party!! Let's start the Carnival vibes off right at CHEERS drinks inclusive party!

Info: MORNING: Take a ferry ride for a day trip, exploring the beautiful island of BEQUIA, which is the largest Grenadine Island in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The beach will be our final stop before heading back to the mainland.

Info: Whatever you wear CANNOT be worn again LOL. Paint, Powder, Palance = Bare Bacchanal!

Info: Experience one of the biggest traditional event for Vincy Mas. Bring your rags, flags or whatever you have, and get ready to "Behave bad" at Soca Monarch competition.

Info: Get ready to board your vessel and DRIFT on the beautiful waters to WETT REPUBLIC. You do NOT disembark at Wett Republic, unless you have tickets for the event. Tickets to WETT are NOT included in the package.

Info: Get ready to color the town in your crazy outfits... Dress however you want, but at the end of the day, it will all be painted and trashed. LOL. The name J'Ouvert originates from the French words "jour ouvert," meaning daybreak or morning, and signals the start of Carnival. Carnival is the traditional street festival honoring the vast heritage and culture of the Caribbean diaspora.

Info: The Monday T-Shirt street party is another traditional favorite at Vincy Mas. You won't regret it! We jammin with the GUINNESS POSSE!
