Come Home to Yourself

Come Home to Yourself is a bi-weekly circle dedicated to helping more of us replenish and reconnect with our souls so we remember the things that truly matter.

The sessions incorporate mindful tea rituals, sound healing and creative art play to invite you to slow down and rest in your enoughness. Together, we will explore what it means to be present and develop the capacity to be centred and clear-headed amidst change and uncertainty. This is a heart-led exploration of your soul’s inner landscape, which may 'accidentally' spark the unravelling of your deepest dreams and desires. 

Each week, we explore a topic close to the heart of our wellbeing and learn to human just a little better - by giving vulnerability a chance, meeting ourselves a little more honestly and leaning on another in a group. 

You’re going to make deep personal discoveries and leave feeling lighter, more nourished and grounded in your body. 

If it's your first time, you can join for free! Sessions afterwards will be $50 each, and $40 if you sign up with a friend! Just FYI, I will collect a refundable $5 fee for those who come for the first time. I'll return it to you when you come for the event. The rationale is that a lot of people sign up for free events but don't show up. It's a bit sad because that seat could have been for someone else! Of course, if you don't turn up... I'll keep the $5.
