We’re bringing something very special to Los Alamos, New Mexico this August — and you’re invited!
Come Home to Yourself is an immersive afternoon of conscious breathwork and live sound healing, designed to help you drop out of the busy, overthinking mind… and return to the wisdom of your body and the quiet truth of your heart.
Whether you’re in need of a nervous system reset, emotional release, or a deep exhale with community—this experience is a powerful way to reconnect, re-center, and remember who you are beneath the noise.
🌀 No experience necessary. All bodies, all backgrounds, all heartbeats welcome.
Expect:
💨 Guided breathwork to help release stuck energy & soften the mind
🔔 A full-body sound bath with crystal alchemybowls, gongs, and tribal drums
🫖 A closing space to reflect or share, if you feel called
