When we reached out about donations, our larger fire departments and ambulance services humbly stepped aside, asking that the money go to the small, rural volunteer departments in the surrounding towns instead — the ones protecting our communities with fewer resources, less recognition, and just as much heart.
Your ticket donation goes directly to those unsung heroes who leave everything behind to answer the call for all of us.
