As we move through the season of Matariki, a time traditionally dedicated to reflection, gratitude and new beginnings, we invite you to take a gentle pause before stepping into the second half of the year.
This is your opportunity to come back to yourself.
Join us for a nourishing morning designed to calm your nervous system, reconnect with your inner voice, and create space for what truly matters.
Together, we'll slow down through guided meditation, reflective journaling, gentle movement and meaningful conversations, before sharing a relaxed brunch with a community of like-minded women.
