Come Back to You 💛
An Embodied Confidence Workshop for Women
✨ Realign. Reconnect. Rise. ✨
IT’S BACK! After a beautiful first workshop filled with connection, reflection, and personal breakthroughs, I’m excited to bring Come Back to You back to the Newark Public Library!
When was the last time you truly took time for YOU?
Not for your family. Not for your job. Not for everyone else who needs you.
Just YOU.
So often, we get caught up in the demands of life that we lose touch with who we are, what we need, and what truly matters to us.
This 90-minute interactive workshop is your invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin building confidence from the inside out.
💛 What we’ll explore:
* Gaining clarity on your values and what matters most.
* Challenging negative self-talk and limiting beliefs.
* Reconnecting with your body through mindfulness and movement.
* Building self-trust through intentional, aligned action.
Through guided meditation, journaling, gentle movement, meaningful conversation, and reflection, you’ll experience a supportive space to reconnect with the woman beneath all the roles you carry.
