🌹 What Is a Puja?

In Sanskrit, puja means a ritual of reverence. In our circle, it becomes a heart-opening experience that honors the divine in ourselves and in each other through guided exercises, mindful communication, and gentle (optional) touch.

This is not a sexual or clothing-optional event—it’s a space for soulful connection, nervous system safety, and embodied trust.

About Robyn
