Join Anabelle and Noelle for an intimate morning of intentional movement, guided journaling, and meaningful connection in collaboration with Mate the Label and Brown Yogi Girl, hosted at Glow Up MPLS. Together, we’ll explore the idea of mindful living as a practice, not a destination—rooted in honesty, grace, and the small, intentional choices we make along the way.

This experience will include:

• A free organic workout set from Mate the Label
• A grounding, all-levels yoga flow focused on presence and ease
• Guided journaling to spark reflection and honest conversation
• Time to mingle and connect in a welcoming, intimate setting

✨ What to know: Each participant will be gifted an organic workout set from Mate the Label and will change into their set prior to the event. Please be sure to note your top and bottom sizes at registration to ensure the best fit.
