Our Women's Circle is a place for women to come together, tell stories, uplift each other, meditate, sing, cry and laugh together. At our circle we connect to our authentic self. You are welcome to show up just as you are.
Monika has been hosting women's circles for about three years and would love you to join our next gathering. Come relax, laugh and make new friends.

What to expect from our next Women's Circle
* Guided meditation & breath control
* Manifestation, journaling & storytelling
* Reiki & gentle movement to balance our energy
* Fun activities to connect with yourself and others

What to bring
Yoga mat or blanket, pen & paper, water bottle, wear comfortable clothes
