Grow and Glow! Workshop

Hello CALGARY! BeaYOUtiful is back this January for a fun and interactive workshop!
Join us for an inspiring afternoon designed to cultivate happiness, ignite motivation, and set powerful intentions! This workshop is a dedicated space for girls to build confidence, celebrate self-esteem, and learn the practice of self-care into this new year.

Guided by our amazing team and inspiring volunteer mentors, you'll discover the joy of personal growth and setting meaningful goals. Through interactive activities, motivating group discussions, and creative expression, participants will unlock tools to fuel their journey toward their brightest selves.

This workshop is perfect for girls and non-binary youth ages 10-14 who are ready to GROW their potential and GLOW with happiness!
