It's summer time and we're getting ready for our 2025 leagues!Why not come down to Rugby Park, New Town, and either warm up for the league if you're experienced, or come down and try it if you're new to the sport!
Starting from 6:30pm we'll run through the basics of how to play, followed by casual pick-up games from 7pm.
Bring friends, family for this event, we'll have some experienced players on hand helping you to learn about the game, give you tips on playing and throwing, and generally have fun!
If you're already a seasoned player, bring along workmates or friends and get them to try it out.
We hope to run two divisions over summer - our regular competitive full field division, and a social short-field league helping get newer players into the groove or just give you more disc time.
