Do you have a disability? Do you want to try some fun sports? If the answer to these questions is yes, then we would love to see you at our sports day!
This is a free event where you, or someone you know, can come and find a new and exciting sport and make new friends!
All ages welcome.
Family and support people are welcome too.
This day is all about having a go, having fun, and enjoying sports.
Our venue is wheelchair-accessible, and there is a low-sensory space available.
No need to register your attendance, just show up on the day!

This free event is for people with disability of all ages, with a focus on intellectual disability and autism, who want to try different sports and enjoy being active. It is an inclusive event, and everyone is welcome.
