Join us to lobby and question the Integrated Care Board

We need a good crowd of supporters to make an impact!

Our next campaign meeting will be on Friday February 27th, 6 pm at Cromer Community Centre, Garden Street, Cromer NR27 9HL. Our main focus will be on our planned intervention at the Norfolk and Waveney NHS Integrated Care Board (ICB) meeting on Wednesday March 25th at County Hall, Norwich.

As you know, Benjamin Court is still standing empty for the third year running, despite the overwhelming - and growing - evidence of the urgent need for locally-based post-hospital discharge care. So we are going back to the ICB to demand that they reopen Benjamin Court forthwith, and if necessary go to the government to ensure the resources are provided. We will be submitting questions in advance, so that is something we will discuss at our campaign meeting.

We intend to have a good presence of supporters at the ICB meeting, to lobby them before the start and to attend as members of the public, so we will be organising a coach from Cromer. We will depart from the Meadow Road Car Park, Cromer NR27 9DS at 11am (meeting at 10.45), returning by 4pm at the latest (details below).

It would be great if you could come along, so please let me know if you want to book a place on the coach.

We would ask for a donation towards the cost (suggested amount £5, but whatever you can afford); if you are coming to the campaign meeting please book your coach place there, so that we can keep track of how many people are going. The more people we have the bigger impact we will make!
