Welcome to a transformative journey of self-exploration and growth through Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy. Over the course of 8 enriching weeks, you'll embark on a profound exploration of the mind-body connection, guided by themes like:Befriending the Body: Cultivate a compassionate relationship with your body.

Update: It's $250 for the full 8 week series which includes 8 two-hour themed group yoga therapy classes including theme matched essential oils, each week will have a guided home practice with journal prompts, body scans, meditations and gentle yoga exploration. And at the end we will do a half day silent retreat in a beautiful, serene retreat to expand the experience and connection. If you are drawn to the series but funds are tight please give me a call.
