Combustion Fundamentals for Modern Gas Boilers
About this Event
Modern gas boilers depend on the relationship between airflow, fuel delivery, ignition, and venting. This class follows that relationship through a premix burner and shows how to use flame observation and combustion analyzer readings together. We’ll discuss negative regulation, low- and high-fire readings, combustion shifts, and the clues that point to a dirty burner, restricted venturi, or flue gas recirculation. Attendees will leave with a more systematic way to investigate poor combustion before making an adjustment.in FIA for a two-hour, in-person training session on Understanding Combustion.
