Join us at D1 Training Rockford for the official kickoff meeting for our Combine Prep program! Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, this event is perfect for anyone looking to improve their performance and skills. Our experienced coaches will provide valuable insights and tips to help you excel in your training. Don't miss this opportunity to jumpstart your journey to success!

This program includes:

• 8 weeks of training
• 1 day of position/field work
• 1 day of strength & conditioning
• 3 combine test to improve and gain confidence in each event

All participant's will receive entry into “The Show Spring Showcase” on May 6th at DuPage College, where they will have the oppurtunity to compete in front of college coaches!
