Combatting Stigma

At the Y, one of our priorities is to raise awareness on the issues related to opioid misuse. In this session, we will review what opioids are, why the epidemic is occurring, and how our society views substance misuse. We will also discuss how we can combat stigma to help lead people to recovery. We will engage in a variety of activities including videos, discussion, and more.
