The American Legion Post 6 and the American Legion Riders Chapter 6 will proudly ride for the recognition and honor of veterans of all services in the Columbia Veteran’s Day Parade on Tuesday, Nov 11, 2025. We invite Patriot Guard Riders and American Legion Riders of other Chapters to join us!Staging Area: Post 6, 200 Pickens Street, Columbia

Staging Time: 0900 (9:00 am)
KSU: 0915 (9:30 am)
Parade Start Time: 1045 (10:45am) down Sumter Street.
We will depart the Post as a group and move to the parade staging area a couple of hours before the parade actually starts, so you must remain flexible. We will remain in the parade staging area for an extended period of time. Fly your big flags if you have them. This is a very slow-paced parade of about 8 blocks. Upon completion of the parade route we will proceed back to Post 6.
Organizers have asked all motorcycle groups to avoid unnecessary revving of the engines due to young and old spectators. If you participate, please be mindful of this request, so that we do not jeopardize future participation. In case of inclement weather pay attention to media, as they have cancelled the parade in the past.
