Red balloons will be placed on participating streets throughout the community.

Rain or Shine.

Please register your street via Eventbright and come to Village of River Hill's Claret Hall and pick up a Red Balloon to hang on your street sign. Balloons will be available for pick up Monday, September 16 - Friday, September 20, 9 a.m.- 5 p.m.
