SC families have more choices for their children’s education than ever before! Learn more about the different K–12 education options available for your kids at our school fair on January 24, 2026.
At the school fair, you’ll have the chance to meet representatives from traditional public, public charter, public magnet, private, faith-based, online, home, and nontraditional schooling options, and have your questions answered. We know that finding the best option for your child can be overwhelming; the fair lets you explore all your options here in the greater Columbia area in a fun event for the whole family!
This event is hosted by Palmetto Promise Institute in collaboration with the National School Choice Awareness Foundation. It’s family-friendly, free to attend, and will include complimentary food, face painting, balloon artists, and student performances.
