Columbia Alumni Chocolate Factory Tour

Join Columbia Alumni of Northern California for a sweet adventure at Dandelion Chocolate 16th Street Factory! This tour will feature a guided walk-through of Dandelion's chocolate-making process. Dandelion's chocolate experts will share about sourcing from various cocoa origins and share infomation about cacao trees, as we taste our way through fresh cacao pods, roasted cocoa beans, molten chocolate, and finally finished single-origin chocolate bars.

Tour will include lots of chocolate tasting + a complimentary cafe drink!

Dandelion Chocolate is a bean-to-car chocolate maker in San Francisco. For over 10 years, they have been turning cocoa beans and organic sugar into single-origin dark chocolate. They travel and build lasting relationships with cocoa farmers and producers, then craft small batches of chocolate at their San Francisco factory and cafes in San Francisco, Las Vegas, and Tokyo.
