Colorado Brewer's Cup Style Coffee Competition

Colorado Springs and Denver are coming together to host a Brewers Cup–style competition at Sweet Bloom in Lakewood. This competition brings together professional brewers across Colorado to showcase technical precision, sensory skill, and intentional service. Competitors prepare a manually brewed coffee for judges, evaluated on extraction, flavor clarity, balance, and presentation.

Whether your preparing for the Nationals Brewer's Cup stage, want to tighten up your skills, or get an introduction to what competition is like this event is for you! There are spaces to develop your skills as a competitor, judge, or volunteer.

Logistics:

Competitors will be required to brew two identical brews and complete their presentation in 8 minutes for two sensory judges and a head judge.

Two coffees will be available for selection from Sweet Bloom. Available for pick up or shipping prior to the event.
