This is our 2nd Adult Beginner Ninja Clinic after the great feedback we got from the 1st one we did in May. We will have two groups (16-39 and 40-75). It will be afun and memorable time! 😀
You will:
- Learn basic ninja safety like falling, joint protection, and use of mats
- Go through a series of stations in which you'll learn all sorts of ninja Skills
- Learn exercises to strengthen your ninja movements
- Finally, run a beginner course us cheering you on!
If you get the "ninja bug", like many of us have, you could tryout for a ninja team at your local gym and compete in the Colorado Ninja League that runs September to April. 👊
You will learn from several ninja athletes that are on the US National Team for 100m OCR (aka ninja speed) and CNL State Champs in the Master Division (40+ year olds). 💪
