About this Event

Participants will be introduced to abstract art through conversation, visual examples, and hands-on exploration using playful techniques like drop art with yarn. Together, we will explore shapes, color, movement, and personal interpretation in a supportive environment that encourages everyone to create freely. This workshop is open to families with intellectual and developmental disabilities, individuals with permanent disabilities, and the local Jackson County community. The hope is to create a space where people of all abilities feel comfortable exploring creativity, and connection through art together.
Ages: 6 - 13 years old (With parent/caregiver if needed)
