Join WGVU on October 1st at The Theater at Bamboo Gallery for a screening of the Color Out Here ‘Isle Royale for All’ documentary. Isle Royale for All is a project created by James Edward Mills of the Joy Trip Project in collaboration with Alice Jasper of Color Out Here designed to remove barriers for historically marginalized communities to visit one of the country’s least visited National Parks, Isle Royale. The film follows the public learning journey of Color Out Here creator and host, Alice Jasper, as they travel with a group of community members to learn the basics of backpacking while also spending time building connections to the land and with one another.
Stay after the screening for a reception event where you can learn more about the WGVU Color Out Here show and community events, connect with some of the trip participants and production team and be a part of our efforts to create a more inclusive community of outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers in Michigan!

Doors: 5:30pm | Screening: 6pm (Run time about 50 minutes)
