About the Author
Joy Kelleher, LCSW, is a therapist, educator, writer, and nonprofit founder with more than 30 years of experience in mental health, trauma-informed care, and community-based support. Her work centers on belonging, resilience, healing, and helping people reconnect with themselves and one another.
Joy has trained clinicians, educators, judges, law enforcement officers, medical professionals, and first responders across the United States, Canada, and Europe.
She is the Founder and Board President of Project Yet, Inc., and the owner of Thrive Gainesville, LLC. Through her writing, trainings, retreats, and clinical work, Joy brings together professional expertise, lived experience, creativity, and embodied practices to create spaces that are practical, humane, and deeply engaging.
