Color in Motion is a unique experience that blends mindful movement and artistic expression. Together, we'll begin with a 45-minute yoga flow guided by KeriAnn that is designed to help you release tension, quiet mental chatter, and reconnect with your body. Through breath and movement, you'll create space for curiosity, inspiration, and creative energy to emerge.
From there, we'll transition to canvas.
Guided by a local artist, Melissa "Mo" Wineman, you'll explore painting as an extension of your experience, allowing the movement, emotions, and energy you've cultivated through yoga to take shape in color and form. This workshop isn't about creating perfect art. It's about giving yourself permission to explore, express, and create without judgment.
