This will be a community-wide event; everyone is welcome to come! Participants can run, jog or walk the course. The theme of our event is #CareLikeChloe; as all proceeds will go towards the Chloe Rierson Memorial Fund that will be used to enhance our inclusive school playground. You will be able to see what last year’s proceeds went towards!
Feel free to show colorful spirit at the event with colorful sunglasses, headbands, tutus and more. There will be white t-shirts available for purchase at the event (limited sizes); or you can purchase one in your size via the pre-registration form. Color Runners will be doused from head to toe in a different colored powder throughout the Fun Run.
We will have many vendors set up during the day of the event from 9am-1pm for lots of shopping fun! There will also be food available for purchase after the run is complete, along with Kona Ice!

There are two ways to participate in the Color Fun Run.
1. Registration Runners Packet ($25 per participant): Includes T-shirt, individual color packet for the end of the run, and a small gift. The due date to complete this registration is April 14.
2. Run Only ($10 per participant): For those wanting to run/walk only; does NOT include t-shirt, etc. The online due date to complete this registration is May 1, 2024.
If you prefer to fill out a paper copy and pay with cash or check, stop in to the office at Walnut Cove Elementary School.
You may decide to join the fun the day of the event as well! Stop by the Registration area with cash or check and sign a liability waiver.
Registration starts at 9 am. Race will start at 10 am.
