Tuesday Night Track Series starts on June 30th held at the track at Colonie High School behind the Colonie Center.
The Colonie Mile is scheduled for Tuesday, July 7 at 6 pm It will be the 2nd event of the track schedule and the heats start at 6:15 pm.
Location: Colonie HS- 1 Raider Blvd.
-Cost: FREE for all.
-Time: 6pm
-Events: 100M, 200M, 400M, 1M, and 2M. Field events include high jump, long jump, triple jump, shot put, and discus
