Burlington Historical Society member Peter Coppola will showcase the tools and fabrication methods and examples that reveal how Bedford’s ancestors built their homes after settling near the coast and then moving inland.
Coppola has been an active member of the Burlington community, serving on the Burlington Planning Board, the Recreation Commission, and Historical Commission. His hobbies of wood working evolved into antique tool restoration and furniture reproduction, which led to teaching and lecturing.
He will bring a number of antique tools to show during his presentation.
Doors open at 2 p.m. for a social period and refreshments.
