This month's Speaker will be Amanda Adams: Eat the Weeds! Join Amanda Adams, local forager & Florida Master Naturalist, to learn about the most common edible & medicinal plants in SWFL. These are plants you likely already have growing in your yard or neighborhood! Topics covered will include best practices for foraging, identifying native & non-native plants, and how to use them for food & medicine. Monthly Meeting of the Collier Fruit Growers. All are welcome to attend. Membership is $15 yearly for the whole family. We have amazing local speakers, a tasting table of local fruit and raffles. Also the chance to meet and discuss local fruit with like minded individuals.
