Let's work on our Shag together! This practice has two parts
1. Solo drills targeting quality of movement and body awareness
2. Free-form practice with instructors available for feedback
The entry cost of this practice is $10, which covers the studio rental. Payment can be made via:

We recommend remote joiners use a laptop, tablet, or a larger screen to better view us through the video chat interface. If using a phone, consider a tripod to keep it at eye level.
