From the group that brings you Collector's Summit (www.collectorssummit.com) we welcome you to join us for Collector’s Summit: Card Conclave—a curated, in-person gathering built by serious collectors, for serious collectors.

This is more than a meetup and certainly is not another card show. It’s a private, high-quality event to connect over rare cards, meaningful deals, and the shared passion that drives the hobby forward. Whether you’re a seasoned collector or just beginning your journey, Card Conclave is designed to feel relaxed, intentional, and collector-first.

What to expect

• Rare and high-end cards across TCG, Sports, and specialty categories
• In-person trading and deal-making, network with some of the hobbies best and biggest in an intimate envrionment
• Insightful conversations with fellow collectors and industry leaders
• A laid-back, premium atmosphere built for real connections
• Nathan Howerton from Heritage Auctions will be present to answer all questions and take any consignments

Venue
The event will be hosted at The Muse Whiskey & Coffee, a whiskey-forward craft cocktail bar located along the Everett waterfront inside the historic Weyerhaeuser Building. Once a prominent industrial landmark, the building has been meticulously restored and transformed into an intimate, speakeasy-inspired venue focused on elevated cocktails and Whiskey.

At the core of The Muse is one of the region’s most extensive whiskey programs, featuring more than 500 bottles spanning rare, vintage, and highly allocated expressions from around the world, alongside a curated menu of thoughtfully executed craft cocktails. Set slightly off the main downtown corridor, the space offers a discreet, refined atmosphere—ideal for high-level discussion, meaningful exchanges, and a collector-first experience.

Food, drinks & parking
Your ticket includes food and drinks for the evening. Small plates will be served throughout the night, and we’ll cover beverages up to a $50 per drink limit. Ample free parking is available just outside the venue.

Security & privacy
Private security will be present at check-in and throughout the event. Card Conclave is intentionally small and curated, with no media coverage inside. Your privacy and security are a priority so you can relax and enjoy the evening.

Travel
For those flying in, Paine Field (PAE) is a convenient option just 15 minutes from the venue. Sea-Tac International Airport (SEA) is approximately 45 minutes away. Nearby hotels, including Hotel Indigo and The Inn at Port Gardner, are within walking distance, along with numerous bars and restaurants.
