Collective Rising – Breath, Sound & Somatics CeremonyMy intention for this ceremony is to guide you through a powerful journey with breath and sound, helping you release what no longer serves you and return to your most grounded, vibrant and authentic self. This session is designed to lift your energy, clear your mind and reconnect you with your inner strength, purpose and clarity.
Breathwork
Breathwork is a potent tool for emotional release, nervous system reset and deep inner connection. Through conscious connected breathing, you flood the body with oxygen, raise your vibration and move stored stress, grief, anxiety, trauma and emotional blockages.
Our bodies hold onto unresolved emotions. Left unprocessed, they can show up as physical tension, overwhelm or disconnection. Breathwork helps clear these patterns, creating space for clarity, connection and wellbeing.
This practice also supports deep meditative states, subconscious access and inner insight. Many people experience colours, visions, symbolic imagery or profound intuitive guidance.
Cacao Ceremony
We begin with a guided Sacred Cacao Ceremony to slow down, soften and drop into the space. Cacao supports emotional safety, connection and compassion, preparing the heart and body for the breathwork journey.
Sound Journey
The session is supported by a rich soundscape using deep driving didgeridoo tones, medicine drum rhythms, rattles and other grounding instruments. These sounds are used intentionally to anchor the breath, assist release and enhance the somatic experience.
About Your Facilitator – Mitch Brownlee
Mitch Brownlee is a certified breathwork practitioner with over five years of experience facilitating sessions across the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Cairns, Victoria and festivals along the East Coast.
Trained under Dan Pauro from Spirit Breathwork and completing his Level 2 certification, Mitch also holds Level 1 T.R.E. training and has a strong foundation in somatic and nervous system-based practices.
Mitch blends breathwork with sound healing through tools like the Yidaki (Didgeridoo), medicine drum, rattles and other grounding instruments to support emotional release, regulation and deeper embodiment.
Known for his playful nature and grounded presence, Mitch creates a safe and powerful environment where authentic expression, nervous system reset and inner connection unfold naturally.
