Join us for the very first gathering of our monthly meditation circle!
An intentional space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your inner peace.
In this circle, we’ll explore the foundations of meditation in a simple, accessible way. You’ll learn what meditation is, how to approach it gently, and different styles you can integrate into daily life.
We’ll also share a guided practice to help you settle into stillness and deepen your inner awareness.
What to bring:
• Yoga mat or meditation cushion/chair
• Blanket
• Water
• Journal
• Crystals you’d like to meditate with (optional)
