Collective Reset: 2025 Closing Ceremony

Before we begin planning for the new year and setting goals for what’s next, lets take a moment to process this year in a guided experience set with intention for reflection and release in community with each other. 🧘🏽‍♀️ ✨

✨We will begin our session together with a grounding meditation, followed by journaling prompts that will encourage introspection as we process this current year before stepping into the New Year!

✨We will then do some interactive partner sharing just before we settle into our yoga practice together. Finally, we will do a release ritual to rid ourselves of what cannot come with us into the year.

✨Please stay after for tea and treats as we will have time to mingle and fellowship together.

✨Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, journal and pen. If you do not have a yoga mat, no worries, we will have some extra and can provide you with one =)
