I’d love to invite you to participate in a moment of stillness every Wednesday at noon here at WholeHeart Collective . Putting our energy/focus/prayers into something positive. I will open up the conference room every Wednesday for anyone who would like to participate in 30 minutes of silent meditation/prayer/reflection. All are welcome who have a desire to take the opportunity to sit in stillness and quiet with community. Grab a pillow or yoga mat find a comfy spot and feel free to leave at your leisure. The intention for this time is a laid-back safe space for you to practice quietly your own independent still moment. (Free)
