We’re kicking off fall with our Collective Hike & Sound Bath on Sunday, September 29th from 2-6 PM! 🚶🏾‍♀️✨

Yes, you heard that right – we’re hiking with sound bowls and finishing with a peaceful sound bath on top of the mountain near the lake! 🎶🧘🏽‍♀️

This beginner-friendly hike is the perfect way to reconnect with nature, restore your balance, and embrace the autumn season. Join us for an afternoon of community, movement, and deep relaxation. 💫

📍 Location: Arabia Mountain, Stonecrest GA

🗓 RSVP is strongly encouraged – proper parking and meet-up instructions will be provided so you can easily find us!

Bring a yoga mat/towel, and come ready to vibe. Hiking shoes optional but suggested. Let’s climb, connect, and soak in the healing energy together! 🌿
