About this Event
Collective Brilliance: A Workroom Live Gathering
The Workroom: Unapologetic Conversations with Black Women in Education
Join us for an intentional, in-person experience designed for Black women educators who are ready to connect, grow, and move unapologetically and with purpose.
Collective Brilliance brings together educators across roles and stages to engage in meaningful conversation, build authentic connections, and gain insight that supports both your personal and professional journey. This is a space to be in community with women who understand the work, the challenges, and the possibilities ahead.
Throughout the experience, participants will engage in:
- Thought-provoking conversations grounded in the current realities of education
- Breakout sessions focused on leadership, sustainability, and growth
- Opportunities to network and build meaningful relationships
- Space to reflect, reset, and be poured into
Whether you are a classroom teacher, instructional coach, school leader, or aspiring educator, this gathering is designed to meet you where you are and support where you’re going.
You will leave with:
- New connections with other Black women educators
- Practical insights and strategies you can apply immediately
- A renewed sense of clarity, purpose, and direction
