Explore your inner world using simple cut & paste collage techniques. Learn to know, understand and appreciate all parts of you, even the ones that trip you up.
This workshop is process driven rather than results oriented. The emphasis is on what you learn about yourself as you make your collage and your reflection afterwards. However you are likely to very much admire your collage as it expresses valuable parts of you.
Key elements of a psychotherapeutic model called Internal Family Systems will inform your reflective processes.
