Collage: Rip, Cut & Glue (A&C Seattle)

These techniques are perfect for wall art, cards & book arts! I will share ideas using a range of different papers; painted, printed, found & commercial. Collage is one of my favorites, it can be very carefree, spontaneous & playful. We'll explore some simple composition ideas that will act as a springboard for you to discover your own creative style.

I will share samples, demonstrate the process, answer questions and work with artists individually during the workshop. Each artist will create multiple small collages during the workshop. A class summary will also be provided afterwards so that artists can continue their exploration independently.

All materials provided however feel free to bring any papers you'd like to experiment with. FREE 2 hour parking. Bring box lid or tray to transport wet art afterwards. Artists of all levels are welcome. Dress for mess!
