Our first teacher professional development for 2025 will be hosted by our Public Programming Officer and local artist Marlies Oakley. The collage skills and techniques explored in this workshop can be transferred to your classroom and aligned with the Australian Curriculum.
Starting with the basics of collage to explore the elements and principles of design we will cover a range of collage techniques that can be used from Prep right through to Senior Art.
There will be examples of how you can use, select and manipulate collage processes and materials to suit your chosen year level or age group.
This is your chance to find out what is happening at the Bundaberg Regional Gallery in 2025 and how your students can be involved in gallery tours and workshops.
Artists, teachers and parents are welcome to attend.
$60 includes drinks, light refreshments and all art materials
