Collage & Assemblage

For Ages 18+ – Get introduced to the fundamental painting techniques with acrylic and oil, if preferred. Examine methods of composition, how to render form, space, and light, and learn best practices on how to work with mediums. This is an excellent class for anyone interested in painting for the first time or wanting to get back into their painting practice! Learn about and be inspired by artists such as Henry Taylor, Lucien Freud, Amy Sherald, and more. You will not be required to bring supplies to the first class meeting. Recommended supply lists will be reviewed and distributed in the first class meeting.
