Meet our Panelists:
Saige Thomas is an award-winning fashion photographer and fashion show producer based out of San Antonio, Texas. She had an 11 year career in the United States Air Force, serving as a surgical orthopedic technologist while stationed in Texas, the Dominican Republic, and Afghanistan. She received several awards and medals in the military for her work as a patient advocate, sexual assault response educator, security manager, and leader in continuous process improvement as a Green Belt certified, Black Belt trained in Lean Six Sigma. Post-military career, Saige Thomas has worked as a fashion photographer and has been hired to produce fashion shows in Texas, Seattle, and New York. She has produced two official NYFW shows during 2023 and 2024. She currently serves as the president of the Texas Fashion Industry Initiative (501c3), a nonprofit dedicated to the growth and development of fashion professionals across Texas. She is also a co-founder/executive producer. of Texas Fashion Week™.
Sharon Gutierrez is the Founder of the app, Pretty Simple, and a high level Marketing Consultant.As both an individual and entrepreneur she is known for her straight-forward attitude and unique ability to break down and explain complex thoughts into actionable steps for her audiences and clients alike. Author of the journal “The Manifest List” which focuses on mindset, gratitude and action.Sharon was raised in Alaska and put herself through college with little support, graduated with honors and then moved to Hawai'i. She quickly became the marketing director for a local nonprofit and from there, she launched a digital marketing agency that specialized in SEO, social media and small business strategies on Oahu, Maui and Big Island and then, Atlanta and Alaska.She ran her agency for nearly 10 years before switching to consulting full time, which gave her the time and space to launch her sales-tracking app for Solopreneurs and 2,000+ member Software Engineering Community, Geeks &&. Sharon resides in San Antonio with her silky terrier, Chupacabra. Her biggest driver to all that she does it to help those who feel unseen in their journey felt seen and supported to succeed.
Ashleigh Pandora Montford is a dynamic entrepreneur, writer, and growth strategist based in San Antonio, Texas. As the Founder and CEO of The Opia Designs Company, she specializes in grant writing, business development, and marketing, helping individuals and organizations across the nation achieve exponential growth. Known for her innovative approach and commitment to excellence, Ashleigh collaborates with diverse clients, from nonprofits to businesses, to craft strategic solutions that drive success. In addition to her professional endeavors, Ashleigh is a passionate advocate for community development and education, with initiatives that include supporting nonprofits, mental health, mentoring, and advancing STEM programs. She shares her insights and experiences through her personal blog, Powerhouse Perspectives, and co-hosts Love, The Gworls Podcast.
