A menzák sztárfogásába beleviszünk egy kis Giulia csavart - így készül a cotoletta alla milanese, amit egy parádés tésztával kombinálunk.

A little Italian, a little Hungarian, but it's definitely ours! 🍝
On Sunday 24 November, we'll recreate a classic favourite, the Milanese pork ribs, with our friends from the Róma Ételbár.
We'll be adding a little Giulia twist to the star dish of our menus - that's how we make cotoletta alla milanese, combined with a heavenly pasta.
You can taste it for a day between 12 and 20 pm.
