We cannot book a picnic shelter in Mohawk Park at all. They are fully booked for the end of August.
So Options:
1. We can still gather at Mohawk Park, but we would need to meet in a parking lot. Then find a random place to go, and gather there.
We are thinking a potluck would work best, but we can bring a propane barbecue. No alcohol, of course.
2. Any suggestions?
My thoughts:
A) We are accomidating people from up north for the date.
B) We are trying to stay in Brantford, for easier access for those of us from out of town/ whom don't drive. So:
- Any green space may work?
- Someone's back yard?
C) And I have a 4 ft folding table that I can bring for our potluck.
3.. Otherwise, 4 pm end time is a guesstimate.
