Let’s be honest: looking at the North Sea in March can feel a little... daunting. 🌊🥶We meet so many people who want to experience the buzz of cold water swimming but are (understandably!) worried about safety, the temperature, or just the fear of the unknown.
That is exactly why we created this session.
On March 22, we’re teaming up with Linsey from Kallbad for a session that is all about confidence, not just cold. Linsey isn’t just a swimmer; she’s an open water safety expert and mental health advocate who knows exactly how to guide you past those initial nerves.
There is no pressure to stay in for long. It’s about dipping your toes in a safe, supported way.
And the best part? The reward. Immediately after your dip, you’ll head into the Bees Sauna to warm your bones, followed by a fire pit hang-out with a hot cup of homemade chai. ☕🔥
