Cold Process Soaps 101: Basics with locally grown loofah.
We will be covering some basics on how to make some wonderful fragrant soaps from scratch. In our workshop we will cover some safety protocols, mixing solutions like chemist, and craft so you can brag to all of your family and friends. This is a wonderful skill to learn and you get to take home about 3 pounds of soap.
All of our loofahs are grown on-site and will be available to add into any of your soap bars.
I have enjoyed making soap over the last year, each batch gets better and better. I recently took an advanced course and this made me want to offer this to our community at least once a year.
This will be our first time hosting this course so take advantage of lower price as it will increase with the cost of goods over time.
Soap will be picked up two days after we lay it. It takes about 48 hours for REAL SOAP TO SOLIDIFY. When you come to class, we can schedule for the best time for you to pick up your soap.
