About Ice Cold Club:
Purposefully stress the nervous system to better handle stress in your everyday life — after taking you through a breath work experience to prepare you to handle the stress of the ice, Nike Trainer and XPT Coach Lauren Schramm will guide you through a 3 to 6-min exposure in the tubs out on the roof.

This event is 21+ and has non-alcoholic beverages with ABV below 0.5%. Non-alcoholic beverages are designed to mimic the taste of alcohol unless otherwise specified on the menu.
